Wireless Products & Designs

Fontane ACM has almost 10 years experience and technological practice in manufacturing wireless products from analogue to digital ones, operating in frequency range from 434MHz to 2.4GHz.These modules may be used in various range of household appliances, signal and transmission equipment including audio transmitters and receivers, for example analog and digital “Baby guard” (operation frequencies 434/868MHz), transmitters and receiver (operation frequency 868.3MHz), remote controllers (operation frequency 868.3MHz) and hands free (HF) audio transmission modules (operation frequency 2.4GHz).
As a company with rich experience in production and testing wireless products, we can also support and design integration methods of our wireless modules into customer‘s products.

Transceiver---Our own design & production

Fontane ACM has 10 years ODM and 31 years OEM experiences on high frequency products. At present we have already developed new transceiver modules with major and advanced technology.

TX & RX---Our own design & production

1. TX module products: AM/FM/ASK/FSK transmitter, apply to all suitable radio controller system, such as keyless entry system, alarm system, remote control system, communication system.
Working Frequency: 433, 868 and 915MHz;
Modulation: AM/FM/ASK/FSK;
Voltage: 2.1V ÷ 4V;
High output power: from 2dBm to 10dBm;
Low cost BOM.

2. RX module products: ASK/FSK single conversion receiver with high sensitivity.
Application: applied with TX module products, also apply to keyless entry system, alarm system, remote control system, communication system.
Working Frequency: 868MHz;
Modulation: ASK/FSK;
Voltage: 3V ÷ 5V;
High sensitivity: from -103dBm to -108dBm;
Low cost BOM.
 

RX module

 3. TRX module products using low-cost transceivers, designed for low-power wireless applications: wireless PC peripherals, VOIP headsets, game controllers, RF remote controls for consumer electronics, home and commercial automation, ultra low power sensor networks, active RFID, asset tracing systems, toys and more other.
Working Frequency: 315/433/868/915MHz or 2.4GHz;
Modulation: OOK/ASK/FSK/MSK/GFSK;
High speed data rate;
Programmable output power: from 0dBm to 10dBm;
High sensitivity: up to -110dBm;
Low cost BOM.

  Fontane ACM also has a scope of technology capability to provide:

· RF design at all ISM/SRD bands (from 434MHz to 2.4GHz).
· Rapid PCB prototyping;
· RF test and measurements at our products, like transmitter frequency error, carrier power, frequency deviation, range of modulation bandwidth, transmitter spurious emission, frequency stability, duty cycle, adjacent channel and band selectivity, spurious radiation, receiver sensitivity and others.
