Fontane ACM China has been an ISO-9001certificate holder since 1998, and now holds the ISO9001:2008 issued by TUV from Germany, we also gained the UL certificate.
Our plant in Poland also passed the Certificate for ISO9001 in 2001.
Since our settlement, we have always met  the requirements European market's quality standards. We work according to the principle of customer focus and continual improvement.
 
  
 

 

 
 
Our quality department makes use of the following tools:· SPC 
· AQL / RQL (Acceptable Quality Level)
· FMEA
· QFD (Quality Function Deployment)
· Quality audits of our suppliers

Every incoming material or samples from new suppliers or for new projects has to be tested and evaluated by our project engineering team as an evidence and feedback for the supplier. Each lot of materials from our suppliers has to be fully checked by IQC for release. The defect materials will be kept from production at the very beginning of production process.
 
Quality Assurance: We deliver on time, and keep promise for our customers' high demands in different areas and countries.

Quality, in any service, is given by the production of a result (effectiveness) through the best use of the available resources (efficiency): this is our target when we say that we always regard “quality” as the most pivotal issue. It is also our endeavor to create a culture of Total Quality where continuous improvement of our people, our high quality and our new technology become a way of life.
