The challenge:

One of our customers would like to have Wireless Remote Controls manufactured in big quantity. Our plant in China offers competitive assembly costs. However, because of the heavy weight of the products, especially the transformers, freight transportation results to be quite expensive. Consequently, benefits from producing in China are not as significant as expected.

Our solution:

Semi-finished Wireless Remote Controls are shipped from China to Poland without the heavy transformers. The transformers are mounted on the Wireless Remote Controls in Poland. Then finished these products are brought to our customer's location with low costs either by train or trucks. We take care of the coordination and our customer does not have any unexpected expense since it is part of our usual service to provide such a support.

Another possibility of cooperation is the transfer step by step of cost intensive factors, especially the production of goods that is the most important load in many companies' core. We offer flexible concepts and solutions that support you in the reduction of production and project costs process.
