CONTRACT MANUFACTURING --- Know-how Protection

In order to meet the requirements of the European Directive about lead free products and RoHS (Reduction of Hazardous Substances), we invested in new equipments that enable us to manufacture products that are already lead free and in compliance with RoHS directive. A new wave soldering machine, the latest reflow oven and the most recent soldering equipments are already used in all our production line in order to produce lead free products that need higher temperatures for solder than classical soldering process.

Besides, we are also able to provide high quality components that are in accordance with the European directive. We organize strictly to control over our suppliers to ensure that the materials they provide us do not contain any lead, mercury, cadmium, chromium VI, PBB and PBDE. We have built a solid network of suppliers that fulfills our high quality requirements concerning raw materials.
